A practice that flows with the breath, bringing body and mind into the same rhythm. Rather than pausing between poses, space is given to the transitions. Each breath carries a movement, and each movement carries an intention.

A  slow and meditative practice that invites stillness in both body and mind. Postures are held for longer periods, allowing gravity to do the work and giving space for deeper layers of the body to gently open, including the connective tissues and fascia. 
Rather than striving, we soften into sensation, cultivating patience, awareness, and receptivity. Yin Yoga encourages us to slow down, to listen inwardly, and to meet what arises without force. This practice supports the nervous system, nourishes the joints and connective tissues, and offers a quiet counterbalance to the pace of daily life.
Suitable for all levels, especially for those seeking rest, depth, and presence.

Breathwork

A gentle, guided Breathwork session to connect with your inner world, the Source, and each other in a safe and sacred space.
Together, we’ll practice Conscious Connected Breathing to soften the body, support emotional release, and reconnect with the love that has always been within.
This is a space of community, tenderness, and remembrance; a gathering to slow down, breathe together, and come home to the heart.

Pyschedelic Breath

A high-energy Breathwork journey guided by rhythm and deep house music, designed to shift perception and awaken vitality.
Breath, sound, and movement work together to generate momentum, inviting the mind to loosen its grip and the body to release what is ready to move. Rather than slowing down, we ride the wave of sensation and rhythm to access clarity, insight, and expanded awareness.
This is a safe and held space for exploration, expression, and connection. A collective journey into presence, aliveness, and the heart.
